Update

A sync was successfully run for all impacted Veracross schools. We are continuing to investigate the root cause with Veracross support.

Investigating

We’re seeing an increase in import sync failures for some Veracross schools. The Veracross API is currently returning empty responses, which is preventing data from syncing into Ruvna.

We’ve contacted Veracross support and are working with them to find the cause. We’ll post updates here as we learn more.
